The Provider Portal is operated on behalf of the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education (DfE).  This privacy notice explains how we use your personal information.  For the purposes of relevant data protection legislation, the DfE is the data controller for personal information processed.  For more detailed information on how we handle your personal information see the ESFA: privacy notice.

We collect your personal information so the DfE can carry out its functions by providing freely available information on Courses and Apprenticeships that it funds.

How to withdraw from the Provider Portal

You can request the deletion of your account from the Provider Portal at any time by contacting the Course Directory Support Team on 0844 811 5073 or support@coursedirectoryproviderportal.org.uk

Please note however it may be a contractual requirement that your organisation provides course data to the ESFA.

 

How long we keep your personal information

We will only keep your information for as long as is necessary.

How to complain

Please let us know if you are unhappy with how we have used your personal information. You can contact us using our secure online contact form.
